Our Founder
Shakitha Boone Gibson, affectionately known as Lady G, is a wife, mother, business executive, believer, and thought leader with a passion for empowering people to thrive in every sphere of life. With over 24 years of progressive Human Resources leadership within Fortune 500 companies, Shakitha is a seasoned executive recognized for transforming workplace cultures, developing high-performing teams, and equipping leaders to succeed in today’s ever-evolving business landscape. Her expertise spans organizational strategy, talent development, performance management, and executive coaching.

Her coaching style is both insightful and results-driven, helping professionals clarify their goals, amplify their strengths, and advance their careers with confidence and authenticity. She is known for blending strategic excellence with emotional intelligence, ensuring both people and organizations flourish.

In ministry, Shakitha serves as a devoted leader of the Mt. Olivet Women’s Ministry, where her abiding love for God, the Body of Christ, and the unspoken love language of sisterhood among women is evident. In 2019, the vision for S.H.E. (Safe, Healed, Empowered) was birthed through a worship night created specifically for women to gather in God’s presence. What began as a single evening of SHE Worships has since expanded into a multifaceted movement that now includes professional development, mental health awareness, charitable giving, authentic sisterhood, fellowship, and moments of joy and fun — all designed to create spaces where women feel safe, experience healing, and walk boldly in empowerment.

Whether coaching executives, mentoring emerging leaders, or facilitating transformative gatherings for women in ministry, Shakitha brings a rare blend of love, wisdom, warmth, and business acumen to every space she enters.
She is married to Eugene L. Gibson, Jr., Ph.D., and together they share four amazing children.
